Low acidity and a medium body with lingering flavor.

Cowboy Blend -
French roasted Columbian Supremo and light roasted Guatemalan Antigua makes this smooth blend one of the Four Star's finest.

Four Star Blend -
Although the ratios may never be revealed, this blend of the finest Columbian, Sumatra, and Kenyan coffees is our favorite. This wonderful blend is our best seller.

Governor's Cup -
This balanced mild blend of light roasted Guatemalan Antigua and Columbian Full City is great for any occasion.

Italian Roast -
Believe it or not, coffee is not grown in Italy. This is a very dark roasted blend of coffee that creates that deep caramelly flavor the Italians love. (Ingredients are a house secrer.)

Mocca Java -
This is a very dark roasted blend of New Guinea and Ethiopian Coffees. This can make a great subsitute for espresso.

Rodeo Breakfast Blend -
A blend of french roasted Columnbian Supremo and light roasted Kenya AA makes a great eye opener in the morning.

World Traveler -
Brazilian, New Guinea, and Sumatra coffees are blended to make this a wonderfully balanced, full bodied coffee.

Espresso-
This is the best kept secret around - caramelly sweet and smooth!

Swiss Water Decaf Coffees

Columbian - A balanced flavor and a medium body with light acidity.
